Trauma Recovery & Resilience.
For memories that won’t fade, grief that waves back, and a body that still braces. Healing at your pace — with safety, choice, and tools before any deep work.
What it is
Gentle work for hard histories.
With Priya Nair, LPC and team, trauma care starts with stabilization: sleep, grounding, and daily safety — not retelling. Only when you feel resourced do we process memories, using EMDR-informed, somatic, and narrative approaches matched to you.
We support single-event trauma, childhood wounds, grief and loss, medical trauma, and the quiet ache of things that “shouldn’t still hurt.” They can hurt — and they can heal.

Will I have to retell everything?
No. We work with pieces and present-day effects, not forced retelling. You choose what to share, and we stop any time you ask.
What is EMDR-informed care?
A structured way to help stuck memories fade in intensity using paced attention and bilateral stimulation — only when you feel ready and resourced.
Is grief counseling different?
Grief work honors love and loss without rushing. We make room for waves, rituals, and rebuilding daily life around what remains.
