Anxiety & Stress Care.
For racing thoughts, tight chests, restless nights, and days that feel too loud. We help you understand your anxiety, calm your body, and rebuild routines that hold.
What it is
Care that quiets the noise without numbing you.
Anxiety is your nervous system trying to protect you — loudly. In sessions with Maya Bennett, LCSW and team, you will map your triggers, learn what your body needs in hard moments, and practice tools between sessions that fit a full life: work, kids, school, caregiving.
We draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, breathing and sleep science — explained simply, practiced gently, and adjusted until they work for you.

How many sessions will I need?
Many clients feel steadier in 6–8 sessions; deeper patterns often take 12–16. We review progress every fourth session and decide together.
Do you prescribe medication?
We don’t prescribe, but we gladly coordinate with your doctor or psychiatrist if medication could help alongside counseling.
What if I feel worse talking about anxiety?
We pace carefully and teach calming tools first, so you never leave raw. You set the speed; we hold the safety.
